I require that hosting and domain registration is taken care of before I begin working on your site. I will do the work of registering you, but I ask for the fees up front. Most domain registration costs around $10 - $20 per year and hosting is anywhere from free to $100 per year.

Once this is done, I will begin work on the front page of your web site. We will have already discussed your specific requirements and you will have provided me with your pictures and logos. If you don't have a logo, I can design a basic one for you at no extra cost. I will submit to you the first draft for approval. Then, if necessary, I will rework the design and present it again.

When you give official approval of the first page, I collect 1/2 of the agreed design fee and begin adding content and the rest of the pages to the site. At this point, any design changes will be extra.

Once the site is completed and functional, you will be charged the balance of your account. Any maintenance and content revisions will be free for the first month, then charged at my hourly rate.
